Appointments can be booked online, in-person, or via phone. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process. We reserve the right to modify or decline any service if necessary for safety, hygiene, or quality standards.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but timing affects both your service and other clients.
We accept all major credit cards and contactless payments. Gratuity is not included in our service prices but is warmly appreciated.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you're unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Clients with any contagious conditions (nail fungus, skin infections, etc.) may be refused service for hygiene reasons. QTQL follows strict sanitation guidelines for your safety and ours.
QTQL is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during your visit. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
